Fabrication

DMS have over 20 years experience in fabrication, in particular through their sister company DMS Stainless Fabrications Ltd.

DMS operate in a large modern production facility with room for large fabrications of upto 1000kg. However, typically the DMS Laser Profiles side is suited for smaller fabrications such as enclosures, mechanical components and engineering parts, in particular the welded fabrication of laser cut profiles.

We have carried out general fabrication for clients across a number of sectors including retail, architecture, engineering, film and sign making including fabrications for artists including sculptures.

We are always happy to offer design support to our customers and have open office space suitable for client meetings and looking at drawings. DMS can offer advice on materials including decorative and mechanical considerations and advice of finishing techniques, transport and installation. All production work is carried out using the latest IT systems from CAD work, CAM programming and job control making it easy to trace work progress and make alterations on the fly if required.
