Assembly

Assembly and benchwork services can be offered including kitting.

Services include adding fixtures and fittings, labelling, adding grommets, seals, and washers etc. Mechanical assembly including bolting and screwing of multiple components together including off the shelf parts of various materials such as plastic. We can also work with customer supplied components or sub-contracted pressings etc including electronic and electrical items as well as pipework, pumps and motors etc.

Our skilled engineers have the experience and expertise to handle a wide variety of assembly tasks including testing and inspection. Our engineers are particularly skilled with the assembly of pressure pipework and gauges etc such as those used in process engineering, including pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.

Assembled components can be supplied packed in a variety of containers and materials from tissue paper and bubble rack through to lineside tubs and buckets as well as packed in kit boxes and foam inlays. .
