Mild Steel CNC Laser Cutting

We have the capacity to cut mild steel sheet up to 20mm thick from sheets up to 3m x 1.5m.

Our auto loader allows us to offer a fast turn around on high volumes operating throughout the night.

We stock a large amount of Grade EN8 mild steel sheet suited to most engineering and fabrication processes. Other mild steel grades such as EN9, EN14, EN16, EN19, EN24, EN26, EN30B, EN31, EN32, EN36, EN40B, EN41, EN43, EN45 and EN47 can be offered either off the shelf or to order. Laser cut mild steel can be supplied with Nito plastic coating where required to protect decorative finishes.

We offer a fast turn around. Typically we offer a 3 day turn around although an express service can be offered for urgent work. This service can include CAD/CAM work where required which is carried out inhouse. Our automated machine software offers auto-nesting which allows for a much faster turn around as well as lowering material costs.
