With lean manufacturing processes at the heart of all modern day production lines OEMs are looking at sub-contract CNC laser cutting as a reliable method for sourcing standard sheet metal profiles at short notice as required and 'Just In Time' in support of systems such as Sigma Six and Kanban push pull supply chains. We aim to provide a relaible partner for the long term provision of laser cut profiles working to scheduled call offs with fully managed production management.

DMS support a large number of OEM's around the South East and the rest of the UK including machinery producers, the automotive sector, retial household good manufacturers.

We can work with a full range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel. We can also work with a range of material specifications, grades, thicknesses and sheet sizes up to 3000mm by 1500mm.
