Prototyping CNC Laser Cutting

CNC laser cutting lends itself perfectly to prototype engineering and prototyping of any other type of product. Combined with our inhouse CAD/CAM capability we can support a full range of customer protyping requirements from design, scanning, nesting and general shaping of items. We can advice on tolerances for secondry forming and welding as well as general manufacture techniques and material selection.

Customers include universities, design companies, OEM's involved in product development and small start up businesses & entreupenuers.

We can work with a full range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel. We can also work with a range of material specifications, grades, thicknesses and sheet sizes up to 3000mm by 1500mm.
