DMS have always worked to the highest of quality standards in particular to satisfy the needs of demanding market sectors such as food processing, oil refining and subsea exploration. This does not just mean working to a quality management guideline but actively applying excellence at every level from materials, plant and processes through to communications, employee management and health 7 safety.

Whilst having actively worked to the highest quality standards for many years, DMS Laser Profiles are currently working towards ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation which they aim to have in place by mid 2012.

One of the single most important elements of excellence and high quality in the provision of laser cut profiles is the machine doing the work. DMS have continuously reinvested in modern equipment that offers both improved precision and increase reliability with repeatability of close tolerances across large batches.

DMS Laser Profiles operate a clean area management policy, in particular for precision welding of stainless steels, but one which covers all aspects of the production floor. Floor lines delineate walkways from designated work areas and welding bays are environmentally controlled for minimal cross contamination of materials. Our clean area policy helps ensure quality as well as instilling a higher sense of professionalism and work ethic which all boils down to a better service and higher quality product.
