Sheet Metal Engineering

As well as supplying standard CNC laser cut metal profiles DMS also offer sheetmetal engineering services as either a standalone service or as a secondary process with the profiles. This ranges from traditional sheet forming and fabrication through to assembly, finishing and kiiting of laser cut parts.

Our forming facilities include a 3m Promecam brake press, 2.5m guillotine and plate and sheet rolling capacity.

Welding facilities include 5 Tig welding bays and 3 Mig welding bays.

We can work direct to drawings as well as provide CAD design support. For example, if you have working drawings we can work direct with them, however if you only have the finished dimensions, say of a box fabrication, DMS can work out the material requirements and cutting dimensions to cater for the folds, seams and welds in order to achieve your finished objective.

We are happy to undertake variable delivery schedules and advance ordering. We undertake full and comprehensive production management which means we can schedule work upto 12 months in advance and then carry it out meeting the delivery times. This also allows us to offer our customers a degree of flexibility with regards to design modifications and production volumes.
