Welding

We can undertake a range of welding services specialising in stainless steel welding including orbital and clean room welding. We also hold a number of dissimilar metal welding procedures including Stainless to Super Duplex, Monel to Super Duplex, Stainless to Carbon steel and Hastelloy to Stainless.

Our facilities are fitted with 5 TIG 375 amp Syncrowaves & 300 amp DC Inverters and 3 MIG 300 amp (2 synergic systems) welding bays.

We undertake orbital welding, a semi-mechanised TIG welding process for 360° welding of 38.1mm & 76.2mm diameter pipe and tube. This is mainly applied to our fabrication services but can be offered for CNC laser cutting customers if required.

All our welding procedure qualifications are third party approved by Zurich certification which are members of the CEOC authorizing committee. All welding procedures are dual certificated for ASME IX and BS EN 288 and cover a wide range of materials in varying thickness and where appropriate, diameters.
